What this store collects, who handles it, and what we will never do with it.
Effective September 10, 2026.
1. Who this notice is from
Network.store is a brand of Unified IT LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Unified IT LLC is the company responsible for the personal information described here, and “we” and “us” below mean Unified IT LLC.
Write to us at:
Unified IT LLC 6900 Daniels Pkwy, Suite 29‑372 Fort Myers, FL 33912 United States

2. What this store does, technically
These are facts about how the site is built. They bound everything else on this page, so they come first.
- Every page here is generated ahead of time and served as static files. There is no account and no login on this store.
- This store never sees a card number and never processes a payment. Checkout happens on Shopify’s hosted checkout, on Shopify’s own domain.
- Prices and stock are read by your browser directly from Shopify. That request goes to Shopify, not to us.
- There is one form, on the contact and talk-to-an-engineer pages. It is covered in section 3.
3. What we collect
When you place an order. Your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and what you bought. This is collected and held by Shopify as part of the checkout and order record. Payment card details go to Shopify’s payment processing and are never seen by, transmitted to, or stored on this store.
When you use the project form. Your first and last name, work email, phone number, job title, organisation name, the services you are interested in, and your project timeline. This goes to Unified IT’s own systems, tagged so we know the enquiry came from the store.
When you email or call us. Whatever you tell us, and the fact and time of the contact. Support and sales correspondence is kept in the ordinary way.
When you browse. Nothing that identifies you. Our host records standard server request logs, as every web host does.
4. Cookies, tracking and what is stored in your browser
Two different surfaces are involved here, and blurring them would be misleading, so they are separate.
This store — network.store.
This store sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no conversion pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking of any kind. It loads no third-party scripts; even the fonts are served from our own domain rather than fetched from a font provider. Nobody is measuring you here, and no third party is being told you visited.
Two items are stored in your browser’s local storage, both purely functional, both readable only by this site, and neither sent anywhere:
-
ns-theme— remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. -
networkstore:cart-id— remembers which cart is yours, so your bag survives a page reload.
Clearing your browser’s site data removes both. Doing so loses your theme preference and empties your bag; nothing else changes.
Shopify’s checkout — a different domain.
When you check out you leave this store and land on Shopify’s hosted checkout. That is Shopify’s system on Shopify’s domain, and it sets its own cookies to run the checkout, keep your session secure, and prevent fraud. We do not control those cookies and cannot switch them off. Shopify’s handling of them is governed by Shopify’s own privacy policy, which is linked from the checkout itself.
5. What we use it for
- To take, fulfil and ship your order, and to handle warranty claims.
- To answer your enquiry, quote your project, and follow up on it.
- To contact you about our products and engineering services. If you would rather we did not, every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and telling us at legal@unifiedit.tech works too. Unsubscribing does not stop us replying about an order or a project you asked about.
- For bookkeeping, tax and accounting.
- To meet our legal obligations, and to establish or defend a legal claim.
6. Who else handles it
- Shopify — the catalogue, the cart, the hosted checkout, payment processing, and the order record.
- Cloudflare — serves this store, and hosts the endpoint the project form posts to.
-
Google Workspace — our email, so anything you send to
sales@network.storeorlegal@unifiedit.techsits there. - Unified IT’s own systems — where project enquiries and customer records are held. These run on infrastructure documented, by name, in the Unified IT Trust Center.
These providers process data to do a job for us. We do not authorise any of them to use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it — a subpoena, court order or lawful government request — and, if the business is ever sold or merged, as part of that transaction.
7. What we will not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
We do not run advertising on this store, we do not share your data with ad networks or data brokers, and we do not track you across other websites.
8. Your choices and how to use them
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it, or
- stop sending you marketing.
Email legal@unifiedit.tech. We will verify that the request is genuinely yours — usually by replying to the address we already have — and respond within thirty days.
Two limits, stated honestly. Records we are required to keep, such as invoices and tax documentation, cannot be deleted on request. And data held inside Shopify’s checkout and order records is subject to Shopify’s own retention; where a request touches those, we pass it through and tell you what happened.
If you are in California, the same rights apply and the same address reaches us. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires — whichever is longer. Financial and order records are held for the periods tax and accounting rules set. Correspondence and project enquiries are kept while there is a live reason to have them.
10. Security
This store is static, holds no customer database, and has no login to compromise. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Order and payment data lives with Shopify rather than with us, which removes the largest category of risk from our side of the line entirely.
For how Unified IT secures its own systems, see the Trust Center.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
11. Children
This store sells enterprise networking equipment to organisations. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen.
We sell to schools, districts and libraries, and it is worth being clear about what that does and does not mean: our customer is the institution and the people who buy for it. We do not collect information about students, and nothing sold here puts us in contact with student data.
12. Changes
We may update this notice. Changes are posted here with a new effective date at the top of the page.
