Shipping policy
Shipping
How an order leaves here, what it costs, and when it lands.
Effective September 10, 2026.
1. Where we ship
We ship to all fifty United States through checkout on this store.
We do sell outside the United States, but not through this checkout. If you need gear delivered somewhere else, email us and we will quote it, including freight and any customs handling. Those orders are arranged individually and confirmed in writing before anything ships.
We cannot deliver to:
- PO boxes
- Freight forwarders and export consolidators
- APO, FPO and DPO military addresses
- Residential addresses, for freight and rack-mount gear, unless arranged in advance
We may also decline any delivery address we are not able to ship to safely or lawfully. If that happens after you have paid, we cancel the order and refund it in full — we will not ship to a substitute address without asking you first.
2. What shipping costs
Shipping is priced by Shopify at checkout, based on what you ordered and where it is going. Some items ship free, some carry a flat rate, and some are rated by destination. Freight and oversized shipments are quoted separately.
The checkout is what you actually pay, and it is authoritative. This store’s pages never calculate a shipping cost, which is why you will not find a rate table here — a number printed on this page could disagree with the checkout, and the checkout would be right.
3. Carriers and tracking
Parcel-sized orders move by major national carriers. Oversized and rack-mount gear moves LTL freight. We choose the carrier and service level based on what is being shipped and where.
Tracking is emailed to you automatically when your shipment is created. If you have not received tracking and you think you should have, email sales@network.store and we will find it.
4. Freight and oversized items
Rack-mount and heavy items ship LTL freight, and freight works differently from a parcel arriving at your door.
- Delivery is curbside by default. The driver brings the pallet to the end of the truck. Getting it inside is not part of the base service.
- Liftgate service, inside delivery and appointment scheduling are add-ons. We quote them before the shipment goes out. Ask for them if your site does not have a loading dock — this is the single most common reason a freight delivery fails.
- Somebody has to be there. You are responsible for having a person on site during the delivery window and the means to take the pallet off the truck. Redelivery after a missed appointment is chargeable by the carrier and is passed on to you.
If you are not sure what your site needs, ask us before you order. We would much rather answer that question than reschedule a truck.
5. Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is shipped.
6. If a shipment is damaged, short, or lost
Freight claims are won or lost at the moment of delivery, so these steps matter more than they look:
- Inspect before you sign. If anything is visibly damaged or missing, write it on the delivery receipt before signing, and be specific. “Damaged” is not enough. “Pallet 2 of 3, two cartons crushed, shrink wrap torn at upper left, driver notified” is. A clean signed receipt is very difficult to walk back.
- Report concealed damage within five business days of delivery, with photographs. Five business days is the window most carrier tariffs allow; past it, carriers routinely deny the claim outright.
- The claim is filed with the carrier by the recipient, since title passed at shipment. We will give you everything you need to file it — the bill of lading, the packing list, the invoice, and the carrier’s claim contact — and we will tell you what we know about how the shipment moved.
Email sales@network.store as soon as you know there is a problem, even before you have the photographs. Early notice keeps the claim alive.
A shipment that arrived wrong — the wrong item, or short against the packing list — is our mistake, not a carrier’s, and it is not handled here. See Returns section 4.
7. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and collected by Shopify at checkout, based on your delivery address and our tax registrations. The tax shown at checkout is the tax you pay. We do not quote or estimate tax on this page, because that calculation belongs to the checkout and depends on where you are.
If your organization is tax-exempt — as many schools, districts and municipalities are — contact us before you order so we can set that up properly. Exemptions cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
8. Duties, customs and international orders
For orders arranged outside the United States: you are the importer of record. Duties, import taxes, customs fees and brokerage are yours, and they are not collected by us. We will tell you what we know before you commit, but we cannot quote another country’s duty.
You are also responsible for confirming that what you are ordering can be lawfully imported and used where it is going. See Terms section 11.
9. Questions
Talk to a person before guessing — especially about freight.
