Terms of service

Terms

Effective September 10, 2026.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of network.store and every order placed through it. They are between you and Unified IT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, of 6900 Daniels Pkwy, Suite 29‑372, Fort Myers, FL 33912, United States — referred to below as “we” or “us”.

Network.store is a brand of Unified IT LLC. It is not a separate company. Your order is placed with, and your contract is with, Unified IT LLC.

By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Where we have signed a separate written agreement with your organisation, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps it leaves.

2. Placing an order

Two facts about how ordering works here, because everything in this section depends on them:

  • Checkout is hosted by Shopify, on Shopify’s domain. This store hands your browser off to it and never computes a total or takes a payment.
  • Prices and stock shown here are read from Shopify. The checkout is what charges you, and if the two ever disagree the checkout is correct.

An order is an offer, not a contract. The confirmation you receive acknowledges that we got your order. It is not our acceptance of it. The contract is formed when we ship, and only for the items actually shipped.

Until then, we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, and refund you in full. We do that when a price or description was wrong, when something turns out to be unavailable, when we cannot lawfully or safely ship to the address, where we suspect fraud, or where an order exceeds a quantity limit. We are not obliged to sell at a price that was published in error, even after a confirmation email.

3. Prices, and prices that are wrong

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are added at checkout.

Prices change without notice, and a price is honoured for the order it was quoted on, not into the future. Nothing on this site is a binding quote unless we have issued one in writing.

Our catalogue is priced partly by automation against manufacturer data, and automation makes mistakes. Where a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you and either honour it, re-quote it, or cancel and refund you in full. You have the same choice we do: nobody is committed until we ship.

4. Tax

Sales tax is calculated and collected by Shopify at checkout, based on your delivery address and our registrations. The amount shown at checkout is the amount due.

If your organisation is tax-exempt, set that up with us before ordering. Exemptions cannot be applied to a completed order after the fact.

5. Availability, backorders and partial shipment

Stock shown on this site is our best information and is not a guarantee that an item is on the shelf.

We may ship an order in parts. Where part of your order is unavailable, we may ship what we have and cancel and refund the rest, or hold it, and we will tell you which.

If we cannot ship within thirty days, you will be offered a revised date and the right to cancel for a full refund, refunded within seven working days. That right holds regardless of anything else in these terms or in Returns.

6. Shipping, delivery and risk

Shipping forms part of these terms. In particular: title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is shipped, delivery estimates are estimates and not commitments, and damage or shortage in transit is subject to the reporting steps and deadlines set out there.

7. Returns

All sales are final. Returns forms part of these terms and sets out what that means, how defective hardware is handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, and what happens when we make a fulfilment error.

8. Warranty

Hardware sold here carries the manufacturer’s warranty and no other. We do not issue, extend or assume any warranty of our own. Coverage, duration, and whether a unit is repaired or replaced are determined by the manufacturer under its published terms. We will help you make the claim — see Returns section 3 — but we are not the warrantor.

EXCEPT FOR THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, INTEROPERATE WITH YOUR EXISTING EQUIPMENT, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.

Technical information on this site — specifications, compatibility notes, eligibility lists, configuration guidance and recommendations — is informational. It is not engineering advice for your environment, and it does not survive contact with a site survey. If you need a design you can rely on, engage the bench for it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, NETWORK DOWNTIME, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR THIS SITE — EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Product compliance and sourcing

We sell hardware sourced through authorised distribution channels. Regulatory and compliance documentation for any product — including certifications, country of origin, and statements about statutory procurement eligibility — is published by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer’s documentation governs.

If your procurement requires a compliance representation in writing, ask us before the purchase order is issued and we will get you what the manufacturer publishes. What we will not do is restate a manufacturer’s compliance status as our own warranty.

11. Export and end use

Orders placed through this checkout ship within the United States. Orders outside the United States are arranged individually and confirmed in writing.

You agree that you will not export, re-export or transfer any product in violation of United States export control or sanctions law; that you are not a person or entity any US government restricted-party list names, and are not acting for one; and that no product will be used for any prohibited end use. You are the importer of record on anything shipped outside the United States, and responsible for duties, taxes and lawful importation.

We may decline or cancel any order we believe would breach this section.

12. Services

Engineering Service Units. An ESU is eight hours of remote engineering time from the Unified IT bench, valid ninety days from purchase. It is non-refundable and unused hours expire with no refund and no extension. Cancellations require twenty-four hours’ notice; a session missed without notice is consumed. Work is scoped by agreement before it starts, and an ESU does not itself commit us to a particular outcome or timeline.

Enterprise TAC. E-TAC is not sold through this store. It is sold under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs its scope, term, billing and cancellation.

Services are delivered by Unified IT’s engineering bench. They are services, not goods, and section 7 applies to them as it does to hardware.

13. Using this site

You may use this site to research and buy equipment and services, and to contact us. You may not:

  • scrape, crawl, harvest or index this site beyond what our robots.txt permits, or place orders by automated means;
  • resell products bought here without our written authorisation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
  • interfere with the site’s operation, or misrepresent who you are.

We may limit quantities per item, per order or per buyer, and we may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. See section 2.

Everything on this site — text, photography, product and category content, pricing data, design, code, the E-Rate eligibility list and the spreadsheet it is published in — is ours or our licensors’, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may use it to evaluate and buy from us. You may not republish it, incorporate it into another catalogue or product, or use it for a competing commercial purpose.

UniFi and Ubiquiti are trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc. Our use of them reflects our position as a reseller and integrator and implies no endorsement beyond that relationship.

14. Privacy

Privacy explains what we collect and what we do with it, and forms part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time, without notice, by posting the revised version here with a new effective date.

Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. The version in force when you placed an order governs that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms, an order, or this site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. General

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control.

These terms, together with Shipping, Returns, Privacy, and any written agreement we have signed with you, are the entire agreement between us about this site and the orders placed through it.
